DELIVERY INFORMATION

All UK and Off Shore deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 13:00, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We do not deliver on weekends unless the Saturday option has been selected, however please note this service is not guaranteed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at the checkout is accurate. Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information at the checkout to allow us to deliver your order within the specified timescales - Over-Dressed cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Over-Dressed or the chosen courier service will not be held responsible for missing or late deliveries due to incorrect or missing information and will not be liable to reimburse any costs associated.

If you choose to have your order sent to an address without individual mailboxes, such as flats or where mail is placed in a shared/communal area, this will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of an order once it is delivered to such a location and subsequently goes missing. This request is at your own risk and we do not cover this by refund or replacement.

Please double-check the address you are entering, and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details. If paying with PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure after log-in that the address matches the desired shipping address, as this can effect shipping.

A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space such as an outside bin. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us by the courier. Please note that if you specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out, this could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left - this is at your own risk. Over-Dressed cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.

You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.

During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from the date you have ordered, please contact Customer Care by email at customercare@over-dressed.co.uk.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Here at Over-Dressed we take pride in providing the best service for our customers! We always aim to have your order processed, dispatched and in your hands as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch standard and express deliveries within 3 working days from the date the order was placed. However, this may be longer during busier periods and during promotions.

We also offer a Next Day Delivery service on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. This applies to working days only. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. The Saturday Delivery option is available on orders placed before 1pm on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note Next Day Delivery shipping methods are only available to certain areas within the UK, and can only be processed providing all shipping information is present and correct.

We do advise that Saturday Delivery and Next Day Delivery are both not 100% guaranteed.

Delivery to a safe space. If you request for your order to be delivered to a safe space we can not cover the loss of your order should it not be placed in your requested safe space. This request is at your own risk and we do not cover this by refund or replacement.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (DUTY & VAT)

As of January 2021, the UK is not part of the EU. Due to this, any deliveries to destinations outside the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. Over-Dressed will not be held responsible to cover these charges.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery.

POSTAGE

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified from both Over-Dressed and the courier by email or SMS with relevant tracking information. If you fail to receive correspondence from Over-Dressed/the chosen courier and have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us at customercare@over-dressed.co.uk

Postage promotions available on our website are applicable for mainland UK customers only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and all EU and Non-EU Countries are excluded from this in their entirety.

HOW TO RETURN

There are 2 ways to return your item: Our Royal Mail pre-paid returns via our Royal Mail Portal (link above) or a courier of your choice by arranging your own return. Please ensure to read our returns policy section below.

Please ensure to include your invoice or a note with your order details within the return and that the return address is clear and cannot be confused with any other address (please cross out any previous addresses that could still be on the packaging).

Option 1: Royal Mail Pre-Paid Return Portal - printable label only*

You will be emailed a label, if you do not have a printer you will be able to filter by 'Print returns label' and it will show you where you can go to print out your label. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to track your parcel!

Royal mail will pick up your return from your home address or you can drop off at your local Post Office.

Within the Portal, simply enter your order number and postcode, email address or the last 4 digits of your phone number. Please use the information you used when purchasing your order. Select a reason for the item(s) you are returning.

*The cost of the return request is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

Option 2: Arranging your own return:

Alternatively, if you wish to arrange your own return, or if you're an international customer, please email us at customer-care@over-dressed.co.uk with your order number for return instructions. We would always recommend using a tracked service should you decide to return your order via a courier of your choice.

We do highly recommend using our Royal Mail Pre-paid tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return and be notified throughout its journey via email but also for a much more cost effective return method too.

*Over-Dressed cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return. Please keep any proof of postage receipts when arranging your own return.

We do not cover postage costs for items sent back via Special Delivery/Saturday Delivery etc as they are costlier and not needed when we offer alternative services stated above. All refunds are offered at the discretion of Over-Dressed once inspected. Over-Dressed reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been damaged, washed, worn or used.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (unused, unworn, unwashed with the tags still intact) within 28 days of the receipt of your order for a refund. If this timeframe is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return. If you try to make a return after 28 days your order will be sent back to the delivery address from your original order.

Please be careful when trying on your items! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on item(s) that have been used, worn, soiled, washed or the tags removed. Any returns which are found to have a strong body odour, deodorant marks, strong perfume or soap powder smell will be returned to the sender and not refunded even if tags are still in tact. Care should be taken while trying on any garments. Any returns which are found to have make-up stains, perfume or fake tan on the garment or woven tag cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition with original packaging, this includes shoeboxes. All goods should be returned with the tags still in place, all garments are checked for tags being attached before despatch please ensure they come back this way. All goods are inspected upon return and must be returned to Over-Dressed in a saleable condition. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Over-Dressed, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us. Please note: We cannot accept returns for matching fabric belts that have been washed. Beauty items, Underwear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive an item without a tag attached you must inform us of this before returning the item.

If you think you have received a faulty item, please scroll down to ‘returning faulty items’ section below.

*Please note Beauty items, Underwear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for matching fabric belts that have been washed. If you do return one of these items the cost of having this item sent back will be deducted from the rest of your return. If you don't return any other items in your order we will invoice you the postage, if this is not paid your item will not be refunded and we will destroy your item.

PROCESSING RETURNS

We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. All returns will be refunded by way of the original payment method, and items will be refunded at the price they were purchased for.

We cannot issue a refund until we have received your item.

EXCHANGES/CREDIT NOTES

An exchange or credit note can be arranged if your item is received back within our 28 day return policy, any items received outside of this can not be exchanged or credit given and will be returned to sender.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a faulty item!

Please note: you must inform us immediately when you receive your item if it is faulted, sending an email and photographs to our customer care team on customercare@over-dressed.co.uk We need notice of the item fault prior to sending a faulted item back otherwise we cannot refund!

Our team works hard to ensure all of our products are thoroughly checked when packaging them up before they are sent to you, however some faults can unfortunately escape discovery. On the rare occasion that you receive a faulted item, incorrect item, or an item of the wrong size please contact us as soon as you can prior to sending back the item so we can resolve - do this via email to: customercare@over-dressed.co.uk. Please attach images of the faulted item to any emails sent to us along with your order number. We aim to respond to this within 2 working days.

We reserve the right not to refund the item if we have not been informed of any faults prior to receiving the item back to us. Over-Dressed also reserves the right to refuse to refund a faulted item if we suspect foul play or tampering.

Please do not contact the email address or mobile phone number attached to our PayPal account as they are for PayPal use only and any emails/text messages sent to these will not be responded to.

When returning faulty items, you must have informed us prior so that we can instruct you on how to return.

I WANT TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel/modify your order once it has progressed to an advanced preparation status. Please return any items you no longer wish to keep via our returns method.
