Over-Dressed Size Guide
We always try to stock as wide a size range as possible here at Over-Dressed, ranging from a size 6 to 18 where we can. We carry many different brands which means they can all come up slightly different in terms of size, we always write in the description of our products if an item is true to size or comes up small/big size and include a size break down of that style. This includes footwear. If you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to email us on customercare@over-dressed.co.uk where our customer service team will be happy to advise you. DELIVERY INFORMATION
All UK and Off Shore deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 13:00, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We do not deliver on weekends unless the Saturday option has been selected, however please note this service is not guaranteed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at the checkout is accurate. Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information at the checkout to allow us to deliver your order within the specified timescales - Over-Dressed cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Over-Dressed or the chosen courier service will not be held responsible for missing or late deliveries due to incorrect or missing information and will not be liable to reimburse any costs associated.
If you choose to have your order sent to an address without individual mailboxes, such as flats or where mail is placed in a shared/communal area, this will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of an order once it is delivered to such a location and subsequently goes missing. This request is at your own risk and we do not cover this by refund or replacement.
Please double-check the address you are entering, and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details. If paying with PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure after log-in that the address matches the desired shipping address, as this can effect shipping.
A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space such as an outside bin. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us by the courier. Please note that if you specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out, this could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left - this is at your own risk. Over-Dressed cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.
You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.
During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from the date you have ordered, please contact Customer Care by email at customercare@over-dressed.co.uk.
NONE-DELIVERY
Please note that any issues regarding non-delivery of orders sent via our courier, Royal Mail, must be reported to us within two weeks of the order date.
This timeframe is required to ensure that we are able to investigate the issue and submit any necessary loss claims directly with Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, if we are contacted outside of this period regarding a missing parcel, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund, as we would no longer be eligible to claim the loss back through Royal Mail. You must report none delivery to us within two weeks.

The Saturday Delivery option is available on orders placed before 1pm on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Please note Next Day Delivery shipping methods are only available to certain areas within the UK, and can only be processed providing all shipping information is present and correct.
We do advise that Saturday Delivery and Next Day Delivery are both not 100% guaranteed.

If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery.
Please note: If you choose not to pay these customs charges and refuse delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned order, we will issue a refund for the items purchased.
